I experimented with this type of open faced pie this winter and quickly packed on a couple of lbs. Mine were mainly savory galettes with goat cheeses, and grilled veggies. I absolutely love the peach version. Too bad the season is coming to an end. OH WAIT!!!!!!! APPLES!!!!!!! MMMMMMMMM
